BABY & CHILD

SLEEP CONSULTANT

My Mission

I help exhausted parents turn sleepless nights into peaceful rest and cranky days into happy ones - so the whole family can thrive

Sound Familiar?

You've tried everything.

And you're still exhausted.

The blackout curtains are up.

The white noise is on.

You've read the blog posts, screenshot the wake windows,

and Googled "why won't my baby sleep" more times than you can count.

But here you are — 2am, wide awake, wondering what you're doing wrong.

Your evenings feel like survival.

Your days feel like a fog.

And somewhere between the feeds, the rocking, and the guilt,

you've started to wonder if your child is just "a bad sleeper"

— or if maybe you're the problem.

You're not.

You're a dedicated, loving parent who's been trying to

figure this out alone for way too long.

Imagine this instead...

- Your baby sleeps through the night — consistently

- Bedtime takes 15 minutes, not 2 hours

- You have your evenings back — for yourself, your partner, your peace

- Mornings feel calm, not chaotic

- You trust the plan, trust your instincts, and finally feel like yourself again

This isn't a fantasy. This is what happens when exhaustion meets the right support.

About Me

Before I became a sleep consultant, I spent years as a Midwife and Registered Nurse — holding mothers through birth, supporting families through the most vulnerable moments of their lives, and witnessing firsthand what sleep deprivation does to even the most capable parents.

Then I became a mother myself.

And I didn't have a village.

I remember the 2am pacing, the endless feeds, and the quiet whisper of "I should know how to do this."

I had the clinical knowledge — but I still felt unsure, overwhelmed, and alone.

That's exactly why I do this work now.

I don't just hand you a sleep plan and wish you luck. I walk beside you — with calm, clarity, and daily support — so you never feel like you're doing this alone.

Because I know what it's like. And I know how much the right support changes everything.

"I didn't think I could do this. I was stuck in postpartum anxiety, crying every night. But Elfreda's support gave me the courage to try — and my baby now sleeps 11 hours a night. She didn't just help my baby sleep. She helped me breathe again."

Tas - 4 month old

“After finding Elfreda I just vented - 3 months of hourly wakes at night, feeding to sleep had become unsustainable. All of this had taken its toll, I had been referred for therapy to help with my mental health. Our baby was also not getting enough sleep, and seemed so unhappy and grouchy all the time.

We started Elfreda’s personalised plan, and within just a couple of days, we had our first 6 hour stretch at night and some great independent naps. Bedtime was enjoyable for all of us, we had cuddles and lovely giggles without tears, I was totally amazed!”

Alison - 5 Month old

“Elfreda changed our lives — truly!

We started working with Elfreda when our baby, , was just 4 months old. He was waking every 1.5 to 2 hours, and I honestly don’t know how we would’ve made it through without her.

Elfreda took the time to understand our baby.

Her guidance was gentle, responsive, and always tailored to what felt right for our family. He now wakes only once at night for a feed, and he sleeps peacefully in his own room.

Vicki - 4 Month old

Simple. Structured. Supportive.

Because sleep support should reduce your stress, not add to it.

Whether you’re:

  • Tired of dreading bedtime

  • Feeling anxious every time the monitor lights up and naps/bedtime come closer

  • Surviving on caffeine and sheer willpower

  • Dealing with school runs, baby groups, toddler tantrums, and all the rest…

You’re not doing anything wrong. You just need a plan that actually fits your world/family.

You've been strong enough to carry this alone.

Now let someone carry it with you.

You don't need to be "better" before you ask for help.

You don't need the perfect window.

You just need someone who sees you, supports you, and walks beside you — with a plan that actually works.

Let's make this doable. Together.
